Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jyotix mobile application (the "Application") and related services offered by Udayra (the "Service Provider"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

The service

Jyotix is a free mobile application that provides astrology-related information, reports, and features that may use artificial intelligence (AI) to personalize or automate parts of the experience. The Application is provided for informational and entertainment purposes unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Not professional advice

Content generated by or through the Application—including AI-assisted outputs—is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Application. Always seek qualified professionals where appropriate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction if that age is higher. If you use the Application on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and security

If the Application allows account registration, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify the Service Provider promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, its systems, or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application, including by introducing malware or excessive automated traffic
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application except where prohibited by law
• Use the Application to harass, abuse, or harm others

Intellectual property

The Application, its branding, software, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights; you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party services

The Application may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, app distribution or analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Changes to the Application or Terms

The Service Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any feature at any time. These Terms may be updated by posting a revised version in the Application or on the website where these Terms are published. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Application. The Service Provider's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Application shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid the Service Provider for the Application in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) zero if the Application is free.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that the Service Provider reasonably believes violates these Terms or harms other users or the Service Provider. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where they cannot be waived by contract.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are effective as of May 11, 2026.
